At Roha Estate Ethiopian Coffee, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as coffee once opened)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you have questions about whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must still be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
