Shipping policy

At Roha Estate Ethiopian Coffee, we work hard to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and on time.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (United States): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number, which will become active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

  • Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Roha Estate Ethiopian Coffee is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
